Sun Slim is one in a long line of ebooks that have come out in recent years and are sold as the final, simple solution to obesity. These works are often touted as easy to use and understand while being capable of yielding the best of results. Author Joy Siegrist is an MD who signs off on this book saying anyone can use the Sun Slim program and notice a significant change to their figure in only a few weeks. While an alternative to overly restrictive diets is certainly needed, it doesn’t seem as though Sun Slim can fill in this gap.

The focus of the Sun Slim program are food combinations; Siegrist is convinced that certain foods, when eaten together, can speed up the metabolism. These combinations are also supposed to allow the dieter to eat the foods they desire without falling out of step with the plan.

Yet despite the claims made by the Sun Slim plan, beginning a routine of eating well and exercising will have huge payoffs in the end. Despite Siegrist’s opinion of “typical” diets, you do not need to starve yourself or cut out whole food groups in order to reach and keep an ideal weight. But you will need to eat a nutritious diet, cut out a lot of processed foods, get out and exercise nearly every day, and take supplements that can support this program.

I have a sun direct connection with 3 output pins (2 audio and 1 video) connected to TV currently.I want to connect DTH to my computer to view and record videos.Is this possible.If Yes,What are the steps to be done and what are the softwares and hardwares needed for it to connect

You should have TV tuner card for that. If you already have it just connect the cable and start watching.....

You need to have screen Recorder software if you wanna save it to your hard disk.
